- Aliens in New Capital
The Guild of Neutral Stalkers in a surprise move have been able to recruit New Capital citizen, Mc-Maestro [8], into their Clan. Sadly though, this was very shortlived as his Clan sign has now been removed and the conjecture on whether this may have opened the door for other alien recruitments now seems unlikely.

- 9th May - Victory Day
Today Russia observes victory day - it signifies the culmination of the war and the horrendous, bitterly fought battle for Berlin, the day Berlin capitulated under the relentless and overwhelming onslaught of Red army forces that saw the hammer and sickle flag raised over the German capital. Today marks a day for rememberance over lost loved ones and solemn reflection on the grossly inhuman loss of life on both sides which was the price that had to be paid for victory.

- In for a Penny, in for a Pound
There once was a time in our city when Level [10]'s were a scarce commodity but now they're almost ten a penny - However, there's only ever going to be one Penny[10], his distinguished career in NC has seen him represent New Capital City as Supreme Paladin  and for a while he carried the eternal torch of darkness for   GODS before returning to the city to lead the   RecruitsMercenaries Guild.
Only the man himself and the higher powers that exist know what the future will bring for Penny now and we'd like to take this opportunity to wish the great statesman our congratulations  and very best wishes on taking the big [10]

- New weaponary hits the store
The first new stocks of 3rd generation hardware have landed in NC's  Kalinka - the new weapons and shields are blessed with the names inspiration, serenity, suppression and expectation and will be available for levels 8, 9, 10 and 11 resepectively, though judging by their listed characteristics they won't be as powerful as their predecessors, however, as always, time will tell. As yet, there is no news of any other new items or sets.
